A seasonal outdoor movement series featuring gentle Pilates, mobility, breathing exercises, and guided movement sessions in community parks throughout Stittsville and Kanata.
Open to all levels and designed to help people move, connect, and feel more at home in their bodies — no experience required.
Hosted by Larch House as part of our commitment to making movement more accessible in our community. RSVP is encouraged, as space may be limited.
