NOT YOUR TYPICAL GYM
A little more guidance. A lot more confidence.
You don’t need to be an experienced gym-goer to feel at home here.
At Larch House, we’ve created a smaller, more welcoming exercise environment where you can build strength at your own pace.
Come in for a workout, join a small-group class, or enjoy a Pilates session.
You’ll see familiar faces, get to know our team, and find a routine that works for you.
No pressure to keep up. No complicated programs. Just a better place to keep moving.
ONE MEMBERSHIP. MORE WAYS TO MOVE.
Everything you need to build a stronger routine.
01 — Open Gym Access
Your space. Your pace.
Enjoy unlimited access to our thoughtfully equipped gym during designated membership hours.
Build strength, improve your fitness, and exercise at a pace that feels right for you.
Our team will help you get familiar with the space and equipment during your orientation.
Independent gym access is available to eligible members following screening and orientation.
02 — Unlimited Small-Group Strength Classes
Get stronger together.
Join as many Strength & Conditioning classes as you like.
Our small-group sessions focus on building strength, balance, endurance, and confidence through practical exercises.
Classes are coached, welcoming, and designed to accommodate different experience levels.
No need to figure everything out on your own.
03 — Pilates Included
Move with greater control.
Enjoy two small-group Pilates sessions every month.
Pilates complements strength training by helping you develop body awareness, coordination, and controlled movement.
Want more Pilates?
Members receive 15% off additional Pilates sessions, including private and semi-private bookings.
04 — Monthly Movement & Progress Check-In
See how far you’ve come.
Once a month, take a little time to see how you’re progressing.
Using simple movement and fitness measures, we can help you track changes in strength, mobility, balance, and other areas relevant to your goals.
It’s a chance to recognize your progress and stay motivated.
These are general fitness and movement check-ins, not physiotherapy assessments or individualized treatment plans.
START WHERE YOU ARE
You don’t need to be fit to get started.
Getting Back Into Exercise
It’s been a while since you had a regular exercise routine.
You want to start again, but a large gym feels overwhelming.
Start at your own pace, with a welcoming environment and support to help you feel comfortable.
Building Strength for Everyday Life
You want to feel stronger carrying groceries, climbing stairs, travelling, gardening, or keeping up with your family.
Our strength classes focus on practical fitness that supports everyday activities.
Looking for a More Personal Gym
You’ve tried commercial gyms, but they don’t feel like the right fit.
You’d prefer a smaller space, familiar faces, and the option to join coached classes.
Staying Active for the Long Run
You’re thinking about your strength, mobility, and independence as you get older.
You want exercise to become a regular part of your life—not just something you do for a few weeks.
You don’t need to be recovering from something.
You just need a reason to keep moving.
