Helping you move well—for life.

Physiotherapy and rehabilitation designed around you—from assessment and treatment to guided movement, greater independence and long-term physical confidence.

Your care is individualized. You may move through some or all of these stages depending on your needs, goals and progress.

YOUR FIRST STEP

Start with a Physiotherapy Assessment

Your care begins with a comprehensive one-on-one assessment. We’ll take time to understand your symptoms, health and injury history, movement, goals and what matters most to you.

60 minutes · One-to-one · With a physiotherapist

Together, we’ll develop an individualized plan for treatment and rehabilitation.

02 · PHYSIOTHERAPY

Treatment shaped around you.

Physiotherapy treatment is guided by your assessment, goals and progress. Your physiotherapist will adapt your care as your needs change.

Your treatment may include:

  • Hands-on treatment

  • Pain management

  • Education and self-management

  • Individualized therapeutic exercise

  • Physio Pilates

  • Strength-based rehabilitation

Some people need only a few treatment sessions. Others benefit from a longer period of rehabilitation and progressive exercise.

03 · ACTIVE REHABILITATION

Build strength. Build confidence.

As you progress, your rehabilitation may become more active. Your care plan can include exercises at home, supervised gym rehabilitation, or small-group rehabilitation.

Your rehabilitation program is tailored to your individual physiotherapy plan of care.

04 · INDEPENDENCE & BEYOND

Keep moving. Keep building.

Recovery doesn’t always have a fixed finish line.

As your goals are reached, we’ll help you build the skills and confidence to manage more independently—whether that means returning to the activities you love, continuing your own exercise program, or choosing ongoing movement and performance support.

At this stage, we focus on:

  • Confidence with independent movement

  • Long-term strength and mobility

  • Strategies to manage your condition

  • A sustainable plan for staying active

  • Knowing when to return for reassessment or support
