A NEW APPROACH TO STRENGTH & ACTIVE LIVING
Strength & Independence Membership
Stay strong. Move confidently. Live independently.
Whether you’re rebuilding strength after rehabilitation or investing in your long-term health, Larch House offers a more personal approach to exercise.
Our membership brings together supervised gym access, small-group strength training, Pilates, and clinically informed guidance — in a welcoming space where people know you and your goals.
MORE THAN A GYM
Between rehabilitation and independent living, there’s Larch House.
Physiotherapy can help you recover. Exercise helps you build strength and maintain it. But the transition between the two isn’t always easy.
Maybe you’ve finished physiotherapy but aren’t quite ready to exercise independently. Maybe you’re noticing changes in your strength, balance, or mobility. Or perhaps you simply want a more personal approach to staying active.
That’s where we come in.
At Larch House, we bring together clinically informed exercise, thoughtfully selected equipment, small-group training, and a supportive community.
A place where you’re known, your goals matter, and you can build the confidence to keep moving forward.
Because getting better is one thing. Staying strong is another.
DESIGNED AROUND YOU
Your goals. Your pace. Your next chapter.
Whether you’re rebuilding strength, returning to exercise, or investing in your long-term health, there’s a place for you at Larch House.
Rebuild Your Strength
Feel strong enough to do more again.
You’ve made progress with physiotherapy, but you’re not quite ready to exercise independently. Build strength, confidence, and consistency in a supportive environment.
Feel Supported
Feel confident every time you move.
You appreciate having knowledgeable people nearby who understand your goals and can help you feel more comfortable with exercise and equipment.
Stay Independent
Keep doing the things you love.
You want to keep doing the things you love — travelling, gardening, playing with grandchildren, or simply moving through everyday life with confidence.
Find Your Community
Feel at home, not lost in a crowd.
You prefer a welcoming, smaller environment over a busy commercial gym. Familiar faces, small groups, and a sense of belonging make it easier to keep showing up.
Start where you are.
Move forward from there.
THE MEMBERSHIP EXPERIENCE
Your space. Your strength. Your support.
One thoughtfully designed membership, bringing together the flexibility of a gym, the motivation of small-group training, and the reassurance of clinically informed guidance.

Train for life, not just the gym.
03 — Move With Greater Confidence
2 Small-Group Pilates Classes Each Month + 15% Off Additional Sessions

Enjoy two small-group Pilates classes each month, plus an exclusive 15% member discount on additional Pilates bookings, including private, semi-private, and small-group sessions.

Move with control. Feel more capable.
04 — See How Far You’ve Come
One Complimentary Movement & Progress Assessment Each Month
Progress is about more than counting workouts.
Each month, receive a personalized movement assessment using objective measurement tools and video analysis where appropriate. Track changes in your strength, mobility, balance, and walking patterns to better understand your progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
See your progress. Understand your body. Keep moving forward.
05 — Feel Supported Every Step of the Way
A More Personal Exercise Experience
You don’t have to figure everything out on your own.
Start with an orientation to become familiar with your equipment and exercise environment. During designated supervised sessions, our team is available to provide general exercise guidance and help you feel more confident.
As your strength and experience grow, you can work toward exercising with greater independence.
The confidence to begin. The support to progress. The freedom to keep going.
Membership includes exercise and wellness services. Physiotherapy assessments and treatments are separate services and are not included in the membership. Access and participation are subject to screening, suitability, scheduling, and availability.
FLEXIBILITY THAT FITS YOUR LIFE
Here for a season. Or for years.
No long-term contract. No pressure to stay. Just the support you need, for as long as you need it.
Your health and movement goals will change over time. Your membership should give you the flexibility to change with them.
Whether you’re rebuilding strength after rehabilitation or making movement part of your everyday life, Larch House is here for the journey.
Rebuild. Regain confidence. Move forward.
