CONNECTED CARE. CONTINUED PROGRESS.

Recovery is a beginning.
Not the finish line.

Physiotherapy can help you recover from injury, manage pain, and restore movement.

But what happens after treatment ends?

At Larch House, your journey doesn’t have to stop there.

Our clinical and movement services work alongside one another, helping you transition from rehabilitation toward greater strength, confidence, and independence.

When appropriate, your physiotherapist can help guide your next steps — whether that’s therapeutic exercise, Pilates, strength training, or a more independent fitness routine.

Let’s find your way to move.

Whether you’re curious about Pilates, ready to build strength, or looking for a more supportive place to exercise, we’d love to welcome you.
